PROJECT EVALUATION

Project Evaluation aiming at evaluation of Projects by a systematic collection and analysis of project data over the entire span and various stages of the project is carried out.

The Project Evaluation focus the targets achieved against the planned objectives of each stake holders and evaluate the shortfall if any and highlight the root causes in the event of any unachievable milestones encountered.

The bench marks and goals achieved against the projected targets, the agreed milestones, degree of quality in the work performed, managing project uncertainties and risk in a cost effective manner will be assessed.

Checklists based mode of evaluation will be followed to document the various bench marks in assessing the performance of the stakeholders.

Responsible utilization of the resources, ambiguity if any in scope of work, inconsistencies between discipline technical write ups in front end engineering design package, inconsistencies between standards/specifications/project drawings will be assessed systematically.

Deviations occurred on project budget estimates, planning and construction schedule, quality in the work, completion delays, noncompliance to Company safety policies etc. will be detailed out in checklist formats and will be evaluated against each stake holder in order to achieve the overall final assessment.

Under project evaluation, we provide a realistic assessment of the Project in its entirety and enable to rectify any salient existing imperfections of projects and improve projects implementation in an optimized and technically efficient manner.

A holistic approach is followed in evaluating checklists of each stake holder covering the various stage gates, design, planning, contracting and construction and commissioning in order to get an appropriate and realistic assessment of projects completed.
